Legal Officer Vacatures

Analyzes complex legal issues and conducts legal research. Supervises employees in the legal and risk departments. Bilingualism (English and Spanish) is required. Legal support and monitoring of compliance with CBA regulations. Experience in transactional legal work in commercial transactions. Act as a legal representative on various committees within the organization. Conducts research and analysis on legal and policy issues in accordance with OCOL instructions. Strong general research skills and knowledge of legal databases; At least two years of experience in the legal department or organization; Abitur or GED. Resolves legal issues and coordinates external legal resources. Serves as legal counsel to the organization to support and enhance its mission and values. Work experience with legal issues related to education preferred. * All staff of the city`s schools must be fully insured against. Advising on legal and structural issues related to SEC registered investment advisor status.
