The Compliance Analyst will be primarily responsible for working with the Compliance Manager in the administration of the Compliance Program with a focus on marketing materials. The incumbent will contribute to compliance reviews, investigations and monitoring activities, as well as the implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures. In addition, they will participate in auditing compliance with marketing policies and procedures, including GIPS, email monitoring, and other periodic testing and annual reviews.
