Legal Volume Term
Your total price is the price of the Content plus all applicable transaction taxes, such as VAT, Goods and Services Tax, Services Tax, Excise Tax and other similar taxes. Apple collects taxes only in countries where the goods and content are taxable, and Apple is responsible for collecting those taxes. Your total price excludes any applicable withholding tax. You acknowledge that in the event that a purchase is subject to withholding tax, tax cancellation or similar tax, the full amount of such tax or levy shall be your sole responsibility and you will indemnify and hold Apple harmless from any claim by the relevant tax authorities for insufficient payment of such withholding tax. Reverse charge or similar taxes and any related penalties and/or interest. You understand and agree that you are responsible for determining and paying any taxes or duties arising from your transfer of relevant products and content to authorized end users in territories other than the jurisdiction in which your Apple ID or Volume Content Assisted Dying is recorded. “The code can only be redeemed on the App Store and/or Apple Books for [the territory]. You may not resell or accept compensation in exchange for the distribution of Volume Content, or distribute or authorize Volume Content to anyone other than your Authorized End Users. You may not export Apple Books or App Store Volume Content for use outside of the country or represent that you have the right or ability to do so; However, you may attribute App Store Volume Content to End Users outside the Territory only to the extent permitted by these Volume Content Terms. The risk of loss and transfer of ownership of the Volume Content passes to you upon electronic transmission. Apple reserves the right to close all affected Apple accounts and request alternate payment methods if Apple determines that Volume Content has been obtained or used fraudulently. By using the Volume Content Service, you agree to acquire Volume Content on your behalf for use by you and your Authorized End Users. These Terms of Sale create an agreement between you and Apple (the “Agreement”). Please read the agreement carefully.
To confirm that you understand and accept the Agreement, click “Accept”. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your Volume Content, your exclusive remedy will be replacement or refund of Apple`s price. Apple Distribution International Ltd. This App Store Content and Apple Books Content purchased in bulk are collectively defined as “Volume Content”. End users associated with your institution to whom you distribute Volume Content, including, but not limited to, accounts created as Managed Apple IDs (“AMIDs”), are collectively defined as “Authorized End Users.” You agree that your use of the Volume Content Service and Volume Content is subject to these Terms (“Volume Content Terms”, formerly referred to as “Volume Licensing Terms” or “VPP Terms”) and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/), which are incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Terms”).
In the event of any conflict or disagreement, the Volume Content Terms shall prevail.
