Nat Parbhu Aspen Legal

Nat works in both the secondment industry and the law firm of Aspen Legal. He brings to Aspen Legal a wealth of international legal experience and new legal experience. Nat began his career in private practice in New Zealand and London before joining one of the world`s largest FMCG firms, where he led legal teams in Africa and Asia. After moving to Melbourne, Nat was a director and shareholder of the new legal start-up lexvoco, where he developed the secondment business in Melbourne and co-founded lexvoco New Zealand. lexvoco was acquired by LOD in 2019, after which Nat ran LOD Legal, the company`s law firm. Mountains remain Nat`s burning passion away from the workplace. Aaron is the head of the law firm Aspen Legal. He advises a wide range of Australian and international clients on corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters. Aaron has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and equity markets, with a particular focus on research, innovation and technology commercialization. Prior to founding Aspen Legal, Aaron worked in private practice at a leading Australian law firm, was General Counsel and Head of Strategy for an international generics company, and founded and led the commercial legal team at one of Australia`s leading universities. Outside of Aspen Legal, Aaron enjoys traveling, staying fit, cooking and spending time with his young family. Brooke is Senior Corporate and Commercial Counsel at Aspen and brings over 8 years of private and corporate practice experience. She has worked in mid-sized and world-class practices and has advised on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including proposed mergers and acquisitions, competition, joint ventures, trade, procurement and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Aspen, she worked internally for Shell, both upstream and downstream. Andrew is Head of Client Solutions and Secondments at Aspen Legal.Andrew brings to our team extensive experience in legal management and legal sales, having spanning over 30 years of career at leading international law firms in Australia and the UK. More recently, this includes the creation of the Melbourne secondment business for LOD (formerly AdventBalance), from its humble beginnings in 2013 to the LOD business established today. Previously, Andrew worked in legal technology sales after over twenty years as a law clerk for one of London`s leading law chambers. As Director of Finance at Aspen, Nicole is diligent and passionate about all financial matters. Nicole is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years` experience in the Big 4 practice and industry in Australia and the UK. She sits on the boards of two Melbourne-based disability non-profits and enjoys travelling and spending time on her local beach on the Pensinula. Outside of work, Andrew is an avid cyclist, sailor and skier.

Razelle is an experienced corporate lawyer at Aspen and advises various Australian and international clients on corporate, commercial, property and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Aspen, Razelle had experience in private practice in commercial, M&A and litigation matters, and has extensive experience advising on real estate law. In her spare time, Razelle enjoys traveling, cooking and exploring new restaurants in the city. Andrew also spent time in management consulting after completing an MBA at Melbourne Business School.
