During the two-year training contract, trainees are engaged in a wide range of tasks. A partner in your group will meet with you regularly to discuss your progress, and your supervisor will give you a full assessment at the end of each seat. You will also receive informal feedback on a regular basis. These opportunities provide a forum for you to discuss your progress and develop your legal knowledge, skills and experience. Over the remaining two years, you will meet other cohort members who work in various municipal businesses to share experiences and network.
