Verification Legal Officer

(a) General.  An audit is an affidavit that the plea is consistent with the Dean`s knowledge, except for matters based on information and belief, and that the Dean believes this to be true with respect to those matters.  Unless otherwise provided by law, when reviewing a pleading, any subsequent pleadings are also examined, with the exception of an infant`s answer and except with regard to the procedural issues on which the party has the right to testify.  If the complaint is not examined, a counterclaim, a cross-claim or a third-party opposition may be examined separately in the reply in the same manner and with the same effect as if it were a separate pleading. Drafting conclusions and/or findings based on audit activities conducted • PROFESSIONALISM: Knowledge and ability to apply legal principles, concepts and procedures, as well as terminology for reviewing, reviewing and processing a range of legal documents. Knowledge of various legal research sources, including electronic, and ability to research and analyze information on a variety of legal issues. Knowledge of civil and/or common law legal systems and principles. Ability to interpret and apply legal instruments, develop and present findings, recommendations and opinions in a clear and concise manner. Ability to draft legal documents and court documents. Ability to work under high pressure in a sensitive political environment. Ability to apply good legal judgment in assignments. 3. if the party is a foreign company or is not located in the district where the lawyer is domiciled, or if there are two or more parties united in their interest and their plea and neither of them knows the facts is located in that district, or if the claim or defence is based on a written act of payment of money, which is in the possession of an agent or counsel, or if all material allegations contained in the pleading are of the personal knowledge of an agent or counsel, the examination may be carried out by that representative or advocate. Conduct pre-audit and planning activities (e.g., develop an audit plan) Maintain audit documentation (e.g., test plan, audit workbook, audit summary note, etc.) d) By whom the audit was conducted.  The review of a pleading shall be carried out by the affidavit of the party or, if two or more parties are united in their interests, by at least one of them who knows the facts, except: Conduct audit activities using the Issues Review Framework and related policies and procedures At least five years of professional experience, at increasingly senior levels of responsibility, in the field of law, including legal analysis, research and writing is required. Experience in a law firm, international organization or government department dealing with international law issues is requiredExperience in mission-state relations is required; privileges and immunities; laws relating to international civil servants; contract negotiation and interpretation; Public procurement and commissions of inquiry are desirable. Legal experience in a United Nations agency or international organization is desirable.
