Ktm 350 Xcf Street Legal Kit

KTM Dual Sport Kit with 2-stroke turn signals – SA-21-334 Suitable for KTM 150 XC-W 2017-18, 200 XC-W 2014-16, 250/300 XC-W 2014-18 The essentials to make your XCW roadworthy. With our additional license plate light, you can keep your taillight standard and reduce costs. I only used a front brake switch, front and rear lights, mini LED turn signals flush with the rear fender, and LED palm protection. Tusk makes an exchange of cheap money with everything necessary. I used Tusk`s universal wiring harness and modified it for the required wires. You can get by without a stator upgrade, but you need a better battery AND you don`t have to reboot often when everything is on. All told, I had about $300 in my setup on a bike that had a headlight and taillight. A cheap way to look legal! 50/50, if I did it again. I also have my 19 FX350 road homologated, but I don`t have the power to mount the kit. Kit is designed to legalize your bike in most states. I have a road ticket for my 19 350 XCF. I don`t intend to do it twice, as if I`m spending real time on the road, but I wouldn`t mind crossing roads or taking forest roads if needed.

I have a road called 350 SX-F that I use for dual sport rides. I use the wiring harness of a 2012 XC-W 450 ($12) and plug it directly into the OEM SXF battery, I use a KTM OEM headlight (you can get a nice copy of China on Ebay) with OEM traction switch and Acerbis LED taillight (Sicass is better – from Rockymountain Plug and Play). The only caveat is that you need to remember to turn off the lights when you turn off the bike. Let me know if you need part numbers or anything. Florida doesn`t do annual inspections, so it should be good to pass once. You may be able to go directly to the DMV if you already have a street title, without inspection. I lived there for a year and don`t remember having to do an inspection until I received a sign with a road title on my motorcycle. Could try that the first Florida also doesn`t register an out-of-state title, so hopefully you have a Florida title, otherwise you`ll have to get a Florida title conversion. I already have the plate. It was derived from my last bike by the dealer. I`m more curious about what equipment people use. I already know what my state`s laws say about the equipment they want.

The kit includes an OEM turn signal wiring harness, OEM or LED turn signals, turn signal relays, rear brake switch, CEV or Euro multifunction switch, horn and our adapters to make everything plug and play. The Euro switch has a better layout and ergos than the CEV, but does not have the off function for the headlight like the CEV. If we keep the standard push/pull switch to turn off all the lights, we prefer the euro, but if the bike is not equipped with it, we prefer the CEV. Now available with the Taco Moto Co. Tail Tidy for KTM and gas gas models. Tail Tidy will not work on Husqvarna models, but will be released soon. This kit does not come with a license plate holder. We can choose between standard KTM hard mounts, MotoMinded flexible plates and enduro plates.

I bought this for my KTM 525 exc. I had to remove plastic under the wing to make it work. Overall, good value for money. Excellent kit, I had trouble figuring out how to wire the headlights. But after a few hours of browsing youtube, I was finally able to understand it ÐÑ Ð¿ÑÐ3/4ÑÑÐμÐ1/4 Ð3/4Ñз Ñв. The Ricky stator has about 700 hours and worked perfectly between the two bikes, as well as my AG battery. The DS kit is simply in a box that can be mounted.

I recently sold the lighthouse because I have a larger one to use. Converting my 350SX and this kit seemed like a good easy way to achieve this. The kit contains almost everything you need. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of some articles. At first, the mirror is useless, just replace it. Then the handlebar switches look a bit cheesy but seem to get the job done. The turn signals are really nice little units and work well. I used the taillight that came with the kit, but replaced the rear wing with ktm`s OEM unit because I didn`t want to drill holes in the rear wing to mount it as suggested. The wiring harness is well arranged, but something quality is missing. I replaced most of the ports and the battery terminals are just big enough for the 6mm screws to fit through. With all this in mind, I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone doing a dual-sport conversion ÐÑÐ3/4вÐμÑÐμÐ1/2Ð1/2Ð°Ñ Ð¿Ð3/4кÑпка: Ðа| СÐ3/4ÑÑÐ3/4ÑÐ1/2Ð ̧Ðμ ÑÐ3/4ваÑа: Ð1/2Ð3/4вÑÐμ | ÐÑÐ3/4Ð`а°²ÐμÑ: honda12t20 Not if you get a relay belt from SickAss or build your own.

I really just need a headlight and taillight and honestly, I don`t care if the headlight is actually useful for night driving. Did anyone go that route and if so, what did you install and if you did it again, what would you do differently if necessary? You must be a member to leave a comment Note: Tail tidy only works with direct current. If you put a bike with carburetor, you will need a stator upgrade. Good product, everything goes perfectly, it`s the second one I bought and quite easy to install but the Mirriors are cheesy so buy yourself some good ones The Tusk Motorrad enduro lighting kit is designed to be an easy way to provide front and rear turn signals, taillights/stop lights, horn and mirrors for your motorcycle. The Tusk Motorrad enduro lighting kit is easy to install and requires no cutting or manipulation of your motorcycle`s existing wiring. The components are universally applicable and work with minor modifications on almost all motorcycles. The kit is intended for motorcycles with existing headlights. The Tusk Motorrad enduro lighting kit is an easy-to-install lighting kit that doesn`t require you to interfere with your motorcycle`s wiring. The kit comes complete with wiring harness, mini stick LED turn signals, flush LED rear turn signals, turn signal relay, horn, hydraulic brake switch, LED taillight/brake light, dual sport folding mirror, on/off switch and control switch. The kit is intended for motorcycles with existing headlights. Otherwise, Texas requires activation of front and rear brake lights, high beam and low beam and license plate lights, If turn signals are installed, they must work, every year I must pass the test before renewing the registration. I did it with my 16 350xcf.

It`s a lot of work, time and money. The standard stator needs an upgrade to power any decent light, you need relays, switches, larger batteries, front and rear brake switches, wires anywhere, mount horn, mirror and multi-switch if you want to put everything together. I cheated a bit and used this DRC kit which is independent of the bike and uses 8 AA batteries to power everything except the headlight. I ran the bike headlight with 2 pigtails to the battery and an on/off switch. In addition, everything must be assembled and secured, otherwise it will fall easily, get stuck on the branches, break. Overall, it`s a good kit. There are a few things you need to know in advance when installing on a KTMHusqvarna. Since 2014, the wiring is already on the bike for brake lights, if you have one (FETE). Simply splice it into the Tusk kit so you don`t need the rear light provided by Tusk.

The factory headlight already has the necessary wiring, you just need to splicit it. If you want to use the OnOff switch provided by Tusk, it will be reversed for OnOff, because the standard wiring is for ground, so It means that the ground is on, so the engine will not work. When you splice the white wire of the headlight and guide it to a relay, it gives the signal for the rest of the kit. Also, the seal is not present in ports, so add dielectric grease to add something. My only complaint is that the taillight/wing isn`t really shaped to fit the KTM wing without gaps. (2003 450EXC-G) Otherwise, the wiring components are good and worked well for my application.

This kit fits perfectly on my bike. Easy to install. And came with the right parts. Well thought out thanks tusk! Your sticker has a place for life on my bike.
